Simple but classic, the Coral Cove Shawlette is an ideal first crochet project, or a super quick project for a more experienced crocheter. 

You can practice your crochet skills and end up with a cute, wearable accessory. 
The shawl is crocheted flat, in rows, from tip to tip in one colour. The contrast colour edge is then added around the outside. 

The optional woggle is crocheted in the round. 

Skills used; 
Chain, single crochet, half double crochet,  
half double crochet 2 together.
