All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Evri Delivery. We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the purchase date Monday-Friday (This may be affected over Bank Holidays)

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
Larger and more expensive item going overseas will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery therefore they will incur additional costs and will require a signature

Changes to U.S. Import Tariffs – Effective 29 August 2025
​
Starting 29 August 2025, new U.S. import tariffs will apply to all imported goods — including those that previously qualified for the $800 “de minimis” exemption. As a result, import duties will now be charged on every order. Payment of these duties is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If you place an order and refuse delivery at the point of import, we will refund the item’s purchase price once the goods are returned to us in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

These changes have already led some small businesses to stop selling to the U.S. We value our American customers and wish to continue serving you, but we must also safeguard our business from financial losses.
By placing an order for delivery to the U.S., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

RETURN POLICY
We always hope you will be pleased with your purchase from Stitches And Cream however, in the unlikely event that you are not happy we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee.

When you receive your delivery please check everything is in the package you ordered. Please advise us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is anything missing or damaged. In the event of you wishing to swap an item due to ordering the wrong item then please contact us. We will always be accommodating and will do everything we can to help you.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at your earliest opportunity. Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled but can be returned for a refund.

When returning an item it is advised to obtain proof of postage or send by a signed for service where possible.
All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt of the returned goods.

We do not accept responsibility for items that have become defective through misuse or abuse.
​
It is the buyers responsibility for return postage.
