We want to share our complete obsession with hand-knitted socks with as many people as possible, so we are launching our new sock club subscription package so that you can knit socks with us wherever you are.
​
Our sock club subscription is a bit different. Not only will you receive a gorgeous sock yarn, sock pattern, an exclusive Cornish stitch marker and a gift every other month, but you will also be able to join our online (or face-to-face) social group where everyone wants to create great socks.
​
In our online forum, you will get lots of video tutorials and info with each release, Knit and Knatter socials and Q&A sessions, with the option of additional 1:1 tuition if you need it online.
You will also get the support, knowledge, and encouragement from other sock knitters through our secure online group chat throughout the knit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1:1 Tutorial T&Cs
Each session is a maximum of 30 minutes

Each session will be booked direct through our website or via email
If the session is cancelled within 24 hours you will not be able to receive a refund or re-schedule.
Facebook Group
Access to the closed Facebook group is limited to current subscribers only. Once you have cancelled your subscription you will be removed from the closed Facebook group and any affiliated groups, regardless of the date the cancellation of the subscription has been made.
Subscription Cancellation Pt 1
If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription with us, you must cancel 1 calendar month before your next payment is due to be collected.

If your payment has been cancelled before the 1 month period, this may result in being invoiced for the following months’ box.
​
All subscription prices are fixed until March 31st 2024.
Delivery Address
Deliveries are made to the address provided during signup, unless written notification to change this delivery address is provided by you. Stitches and Cream cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that do not reach the customer due to an incorrect delivery address being provided
Subscription Cancellation Pt 2
By subscribing to our Sock Club you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until cancelled by you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time after the first 2 months of payment. You will not be charged for any cancellation.
Dispatch
Your order will be fulfilled by the dispatch date set out in the Welcome Email or, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Stitches and Cream will aim to notify you in reasonable time if there will be a delay in dispatch. Stitches and Cream cannot accept responsibility for any delays in delivery that are out of our control.
