Our Cancellation Policy

At Stitches and Cream we want you to get the most out of your visit to us, especially if you are joining us to learn a new skill.

That is why we keep our workshops small so that you can get lots of individual attention from the instructor to help you learn and ask any questions you may have. 

​

Because of our desire to keep the workshops small we have put in place a strict cancellation policy. If someone cancels at short notice that could jeopardise the workshop going ahead which will affect our other customers booked on the day. 

​

Therefore, if you need to cancel your booking you can do this up to 14 days before the start date. We will either transfer your booking to another workshop or we can offer you a refund minus 25% as an administration fee. 

​

If your cancellation is within 7 days of the start of your workshop, we are unable to offer a refund or a date transfer. You can transfer your place to someone else but we will need to know details of the new person joining us before they can attend. 

 

We have a minimum number of two people per class, if we don’t have enough people to run the workshop, we will be in touch to offer an alternative date or a full refund. We will try our best to give as much notice as possible.

I hope you understand that we are a small business and every workshop we run we are running with a passion for people who want to learn so we are trying to make these accessible and fair for everyone.
